  • We hired Laura as our month of coordinator and are so happy that we did! She was amazing and a huge help during our wedding day. From the moment we first talked to Laura we knew she was the coordinator we wanted to work with. She was always very enthusiastic and genuinely sounded happy to help us have our wedding dreams come true.

    The biggest thing I was looking for was someone that would allow me to be stress free as the wedding came closer. Which is exactly what Laura offered us. The whole month prior to the wedding she took charge of the vendors and all communication went to her so we did not have to deal with them going forward. She created a timeline for our wedding day and sent it to our all our vendors so that way everyone was on the same page. She even created a visual layout for the wedding that way everyone understood where rentals, activities, and ceremony were going to take place.

    Her team was there during our wedding rehearsal and ensured that the entire wedding party knew their roles during the wedding day, where everyone was going to stand during the ceremony, and in what order everyone was going to walk down the aisle. It may sound like a simple task but running it thru really allowed my wedding ceremony to go smoothly. It was surprising how many small details Laura and her team caught that allowed my ceremony to go smoother and look more visually appealing with how things were set up.

    On the wedding day Laura really kept things moving and helped trouble shoot several problems throughout the day. This allowed me to focus on myself and actually have the time to get ready for the wedding without feeling like I had to ensure everyone was doing their jobs and vendors were arriving on time.

    Laura and her team really made a huge difference for our wedding. I would recommend her to anyone that is currently looking for a wedding planner/coordinator. If Laura and her team were able to handle our group of friends and 9 dogs that were all part of our wedding and ceremony, then I think she can handle anything!

  • My wife and I hired Laura to handle our wedding and we couldn't have made a better choice. In addition to being professional and responsive, she handled each element with care and captured all of those small details that made our wedding so memorable. She went above and beyond and we highly recommend her for anyone looking for a wedding planner/organizer.

  • Laura was THE reason our wedding went so smoothly!! She was "only a day of coordinator" for us but she went above and beyond. It was easy to communicate with her, she had great flexibility when it came to our virtual meetings and planning. Then, when the big day was here, she was MARVELOUS! (Almost like she had done this before or something.) The ceremony went without hitch all thanks to how well Laura helped and prepared us! But that was just the ceremony! Laura rushed over to our reception location, had the band, the cake, the people, everything, all organized and ready to go so we could focus on us. Hands down, this day will be one of our fondest memories, and again, I really can't thank Laura enough for making that happen.

  • Laura was amazing! I have been telling people that my only regret is not hiring her earlier in the planning process. I stressed out so much looking for vendors and trying to plan everything, once I hired Laura everything started going so smooth, she is patient, helpful and willing to help.

    On my wedding day I was so busy getting ready I barely had time to talk to her, but she made sure to handle everything (if something went wrong I never found out!). I recommend her to anyone in need of a wedding coordinator.

  • I hired Laura two weeks before the wedding because the process began to really take a toll on me. Trying to keep up with all the vendors, make changes and following up with everyone began to become overwhelming. From the first day that Laura took over I knew we were in GREAT hands. You can always tell the difference from someone who likes what they do compared to someone who has a passion for what they do, and Laura has a passion to make sure your special day is perfect. Laura, made sure vendors were set up, made sure i was aware of any issues, suggested solutions to resolve it, helped with decorating the venue and most importantly she made sure our wedding started on time. I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. We were truly blessed to find Laura. If you are looking for someone who cares, punctual, professional, has the eye to make the small details come together and LOVES what they do, then you have found the right person in Laura at Cardi Elegant!

  • Laura and Kenia were awesome. They handled several small “fires” the day of our wedding. Had fixes or solutions to wardrobe, decor and vendor issues. They made our day fabulous and worry free.
