Before founding Cardi Elegant in 2023, I spent more than nine years working in higher education administration, where part of my responsibilities included planning and hosting large-scale events for one of the nation's largest community college systems. That experience taught me that successful events require more than great ideas. They require organization, adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to bring many moving pieces together.
What I love most about this work is that no two events are ever quite the same. Every organization has its own culture, priorities, and personality, and I enjoy learning what makes each one unique. Whether it's an annual conference, a company celebration, or an opportunity to recognize the people behind a business's success, I believe the best events are those that feel intentional and true to the organization hosting them.
My approach is collaborative, detail-oriented, and grounded in years of experience managing people, projects, and logistics. I'll offer honest recommendations, creative solutions, and a steady hand throughout the planning process so you can feel confident in every decision.
