PLANNING, YOUR WAY

FULL PLANNING

For couples seeking comprehensive support from the first decision to the final dance, with a trusted advisor by their side every step of the way.

Starts at $3,250*

  • These meetings each have a specific agenda and last between 1-2 hours. We prefer that our first meeting take place in person at a coffee or tea shop near you! This gives us an opportunity to have some face time early on in our partnership.

  • All planning experiences include access to our planning tools and client portal, giving you a centralized place to track tasks, documents, timelines, and important wedding details.

  • We are always happy to share vendor referrals. Vendors we recommend are teams we’ve worked with before that provided quality services. Our team received no commission or referrals from vendors we recommend.

  • We develop itineraries in collaboration with you and your vendors to ensure we allocate time for the moments that are most important to you.

  • Our venue walk-through gives us an opportunity to discuss floor plans and get to know the venue’s team, if we don’t already know them.

  • One of our experienced team members will facilitate your wedding rehearsal so your wedding party is ready for showtime! We are flexible in terms of location and modality, if a virtual option is needed.

  • This document contains all the information you, your wedding party, and your vendors need to know about your wedding. Examples: vendor contact info, itineraries, ceremony details, wedding songs, and more!

  • Three professional team members are assigned to your wedding day: one Wedding Day Manager and two Assistant Coordinators.

  • As a standard, we have at least one team member on-site the duration of your access to the venue, from open to close.

For couples who have already begun planning and want a trusted partner to help refine details, navigate decisions, and keep everything moving forward with confidence.

PLANNING PARTNERSHIP

  • Partial Wedding Planning includes a formal meeting at various intervals of the task list, according to your planning timeline.

  • In addition to the final walk through of the venue close to the wedding date, we include an additional visit for any reason necessary. If you have not yet selected a venue, we will help you find the one! We attend your first venue tour with you so you can see and hear what we ask, view, and request. After that, you’ll be a professional venue tourist!

  • We source, price, review contracts, and negotiate for up to four vendors of your choice. We discuss which vendor types you want our team to secure in our first meeting based on complexity.

  • We will streamline all communication with your vendors once you have a contract secured with them to provide logistical support early on.

  • We help you establish your budget in our first formal meeting. Then, in every pre-wedding meeting, we review expenses and make recommendations for reallocation or other change.

For couples who enjoy taking an active role in planning while having the confidence that comes from expert guidance and professional coordination when it matters most.

WEDDING MANAGEMENT

  • As with Partial Wedding Planning, Full Wedding Planning includes additional venue visits during the venue search or to walk the space with your vendors, as needed.

  • We initiate conversations with vendors at the point of interest through the wedding day, and follow up after the wedding day, if needed.

  • We review all contracts before you sign them to ensure you are receiving everything you need.

  • With the Full Wedding Package, we are constantly tracking and updating your budget sheet. We discuss budget at every pre-wedding meeting.

  • We research the best lodging and transportation options for you to include on your website for guests’ reference. We also complete most of your FAQs page.

  • We source, price, review contracts, and negotiate for as many vendors as possible.
